YOUR
BOOKING
After making a reservation with us,
the party leader must complete our booking form and sign on behalf
of all members of the party that these booking conditions have been
read and accepted. The accommodation is booked solely for the use
of the guests named on the booking form. Due to State fire
regulations in Florida, the maximum occupancy as advised by us must
not be exceeded.
To confirm your booking, we will
require a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week within 7 days
of our verbal confirmation of your arrangements. A higher deposit
may be required for premium dates or for longer stays exceeding 4
weeks. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit
and booking form, and the confirmation invoice has been issued by
us. No further invoice will be issued, therefore please make a note
of the balance due date.
PAYING THE BALANCE
The balance of your rental cost is
payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida. Where payment in
full has not been made by this date, we reserve the right to cancel
the booking and cancellation charges as detailed to follow, will
apply. If you book within 10 weeks, we will require full payment at
the time of booking.
PRICE GUARANTEE
All prices are subject to change
without notice. Rentals paid for in full at the time of booking
will NOT
be subject to any increase or surcharge.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
You have the use of the property
including all utilities except pool heating, for which a supplement
is payable. Your holiday home is cleaned and
prepared for your arrival. Maid service however is not usual in
Florida private homes and it is therefore up to you to keep the
property clean and to change and wash bed linen and towels (which
are supplied) during your stay. Your holiday
home is available from 4.00 PM local time on the day of your
arrival. We ask that you vacate the property by 11.00 AM on the day
of your departure, leaving it in a tidy condition to enable our
cleaners to prepare for our newly arriving guests.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A returnable security deposit of
£100 per week is required which must be paid with the balance of
rental. This is to be held as security against return of keys,
inventory damage, excess cleaning costs. Should any damage or
breakages occur, they should be immediately reported to the
management company who will carry out necessary repairs,
replacements etc. Following an inspection of your holiday villa by
the management company, the full security deposit, or such lesser
sum, should any of the above apply, will be refunded after you
return home.
INSURANCE IS VITAL
When signing the Booking Form, please ensure
that you are adequately covered by insurance. It is a condition of
booking that you and your party have full insurance cover, which
offers maximum protection against cancellation, medical expenses,
travel etc. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any
accidents, injury, illness or damage to any person that is sustained
during the rental period. In particular children must be supervised
at all times within the pool and pool area. No diving or horseplay
in the pool. NO GLASS TO BE TAKEN TO
THE POOL DECK.
PERIOD BEFORE DEPARTURE CANCELLATION
CHARGE
More than 10 weeks: Deposit
Less than 10 weeks : 100% of all
costs i.e. no reimbursement.
CHANGE OF ACCOMMODATION
Occasionally it may be necessary to
amend or cancel your booking through reasons beyond our control and
we reserve the right to do so. We will inform you as soon as
possible and offer you the choice of alternative accommodation of a
similar standard or a refund of all monies paid, providing it does
not arise for reasons of ‘Force Majeure’.
FORCE MAJEURE
No liability can be accepted for
events, which are ‘force majeure’. These include, but are not
limited to war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist
activities, industrial disputes, technical difficulties with
transportation, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather
conditions or other events outside our control.
LIABILITY
We accept no liability whatsoever
for any injury or loss sustained by guests or any other visitors to
the home or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage howsoever
caused to any property brought to the premises.
CHILDREN SHOULD BE UNDER ADULT
SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES IN THE POOL AREA.
IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
While it is unlikely that you should
have a complaint, occasionally things do go wrong. If you have a
problem during your stay, you
MUST
inform the management
company immediately who will endeavour to rectify the matter. We
will not accept liability for any dissatisfaction or other complaint
not reported to the local managing agent during your stay.
DEPARTURE DOCUMENTATION
Approximately 30 days before arrival, we will
send you details, giving directions to your vacation home and
information on key collection. The keys are provided in a ‘lock
box’ facility and you will be given a security code. The security
code will be needed in order to allow you to access the security
box, which holds the key to your home. The security box is easy to
access and can be found at the entrance to the property.

YOU OTHERWISE ACCESS TO YOUR VACATION HOME CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
BEHAVIOUR
We expect all our clients to behave
reasonably and have due consideration for other people. In the
event of any client behaving in such a way as to cause or be likely
to cause, in the opinion of our management company, danger,
distress, annoyance to any party or damage to the property, we
reserve the right to terminate your property let. In this
situation, our responsibility for your holiday arrangements will
immediately cease and we will not be responsible for meeting any
costs or expenses you may incur as a result, paying any compensation
or making any refunds. Clients should treat the property with
respect and leave the home in a clean condition. Nothing should be
allowed to interfere with the quiet or comfort of other residents.
PETS
No pets at all can be taken into or
be kept in the house by our clients and their visitors.
SMOKING
Inside the villa is strictly a
NO SMOKING ZONE.
Ashtrays are provided on the lanai.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY RATES
AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND TO DECLINE TO RENT TO ANY PERSON
WITHOUT GIVING REASON.
