The spacious open planned lounge area has 2 sofa’s, one of which converts into a Queen sleeper. The
entertainment centre houses a 32” colour TV, DVD player and a PS2. There are also books and games
available for the use of guests.
 

Kitchen/Dining Room

The kitchen which is light oak is fitted to a very high standard with a large American fridge freezer with ice making facility, microwave oven, toaster and lots more. The kitchen nook has a round table and 4 chairs. There is also a separate dining area with a table and 6 chairs
 

1st Master Bedroom ensuite

The luxurious, master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a large walk- in cupboard. The
beautiful, spacious ensuite bathroom boasts a large walk- in shower, a bath, twin basins and WC.
The bedroom also has a colour TV and DVD player
 

2nd Master Bedroom ensuite

The second master bedroom has a King sized bed and a large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a
 bath, shower, basin and WC. The bedroom also has a colour TV and DVD player

There are 2 further twin rooms each with a large wardrobe and colour TV.

The Games Room  

The games room is an excellent addition to this brand new villa and is a must for adults and children alike. It has a pool table, electronic dartboard and football table.

The Pool Area

Our large heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and extended deck area is fully screened and gets plenty of Florida sun. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy lunch around the table watching the children swim and play. There is a pool gate for the safely of the children and a pool bathroom. After a busy day around the parks, relax in the pool or the bubbling Jacuzzi creating that special atmosphere for you and your family.
