This executive luxury villa was completed in October 2004 and is located in an exclusive
gated community at The Sanctuary, West Haven. Our beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom
villa is ideal for family and golfing vacations. The villa is fully air conditioned and
boasts a large heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The pool area is screened with
a covered patio with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxing after a hectic day on
the neighbouring Golf  Courses , Disney Parks or shopping. The villa also has a
games room with full size pool table, football table and electronic dartboard.

The villa is  approximately 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport and approximately 50
minutes to Sanford Airport. It is located only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and is in close
proximity and easy access to the other attractions. Our management company Florida Spirit is
available for you 24/7 and is situated only 2 miles drive from your villa.

Champions Gate Golf Course, Orlando, FloridaIt is a 2 minute car journey to the renowned Champions
Gate Golf Course which was designed by Greg Norman
and is a David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Only 2 minutes drive away at Champions Gate Blvd. are a Publix Supermarket,
Chemists, Petrol Station, McDonalds, Chinese, French and Italian Restaurants. There is also a DVD/PS2 Rental Shop.
